Weekly Workouts

We do it with passion!

Triathlon competitions have a unique charm: you are part of a group of athletes who test themselves to understand what they are made of and how far you can go ...

The competition is a crown, it is the gratification of the work you have done behind the scenes in the previous 10 months. We do it with passion, and we do it every day.

Our luck? We live on Lake Como - a fantastic natural gym that allows us to train at our best and with variety.

Our typical week includes 2 or 3 three workouts for each discipline. In the off-season period (October-January) we focus on muscle strengthening. Our calendar includes:

- 2 BIKE sessions (50-100km)

- 2 RUN sessions

- 2 SWIM sessions

- 2 power development sessions in the gym
